  1. woo hoo!   I still only got mine 1/2 done.  yes – 1/2 done.  the other half was in there and the machine broke.  they were monkeying with it and the remembered me – yeah – take me out please.  That was august.  I haven’t rescheduled.  I guess I should.  Have fun!

  2. Those darned necessary evils!  I’m always glad when they are over – in my case, until May.  Good luck!Kathi

  3. @Still_groovy – I am on a quest to change mine, and then everyone elses view on Mammograms.  If it was an eye cancer and my doctor wrote me an order that my insurance covered once a year to go have someone take a picture of my eye, I wouldn’t think twice about scheduling and doing it.  But, because it’s a breast, we get all weirded out about it.  So, I’m trying to make it a good thing that I celebrate!   I’ll help you celebrate yours too when it’s time!   Wait until you see the approach I take when it’s time to start with the colonoscopys.

  4. Hey you!  Good for you!  Hope it isn’t too uncomfortable.I’m listening to streaming progressive talk radio while I’m playing online.  Fun times!Take care !

  5. RYC:  I need to see the approach you take toward colonoscopies – NOW, please!  I am putting it off and putting it off, and hubby is about to shoot me!  I’ve been told I should not wait until 50, because I have 3 female relatives on my mother’s side, who died of colon cancer.  I have heard that I need to find a place that have people and equipment trained to find the “flat” polyps that don’t show up as well.  I’m dreading the whole thing!Kathi

  6. @Still_groovy – Tsk Tsk!  You’re gonna regret saying that to me!  I’m coming after you, right now!

  7. @tlm0000 – I appreciate that very much!  I need a kick in the, ahem, colon!  Kathi

  8. @Still_groovy – I’ve done it – really there are worse things.   My bad stomachaches may have saved my life.  They found precancerous polyps, that would have sat there for years if I had waited until I was fifty.

  9. @skanickadee – Oh!  That would have been bad.  Makes me sad just thinking about it.

  10. I made my appointment for the boobie squeeze today. My lucky day is Dec 24th. Yeap, the first available appointment! You’d think women are standing in line waiting for the wonderful test.

  11. @GoodGuyTheBoss – Yay!  Remind me and I’ll pass you my graphic for the day.  😛

  12. oh boy….. living in the fast lane, aren’t ya??  LOL!!

  13. Ouch, rather you than me. I don’t like squished boobies lol

  14. It ought to be said that guys should also have their bosoms checked every now and again, too.  Although less common, males are still susceptible to occurrences of breast cancer.

  15. Have a wonderful weekend!!

  16. @tlm0000 – well, I hope everything turned up a-ok.

  17. This is way better than a brick & mortar esntlbishmeta.
