Yesterday I bought a $15.00 stationary bike for the office.  My co-worker went and picked it up for me.  I’m inordinately excited. It’s very loud and causes quite a breeze!

I am going to start the process of planning a trip to Chicago and or the Chicago area for late in June.  This will be my first trip with my sister as adults.  It’s also very exciting. I hope many people will be able to meet us!  If you were one of those people do you have dates / days that are good for you and others that are absolutely not?

I feel good.  I just feel good.  Healthy, and happy and full of energy.

My doggie does not feel good. One of the is not eating and looking all and all pretty pathetic.  She’s always had a sensitive stomach so we’re not overly worried, yet.  Just keeping an eye on her.

I believe I will be going to a car lot this weekend to assist my husband in looking for a new car.  We will not be buying, just considering. Still, good fun.

I am feeling my creative wave start.  This means in another month or so I will have to be painting, or sketching or crocheting or something.

I have been going to bed at 10 pm every night, with lights out at 10:30 pm.  I think it was a wise decision.  I’m starting to feel more alert.

  1. Sounds like someone feels good!

  2. It is a good time to buy a car. They are practically giving them away. So what book are you reading right now?

  3. @TNuts – Well, I’m not “reading” a darn thing right now. I am however listening to George Orwells 1984.  I think I’m giving up on it though.  I just ordered a Graphic novel, called Y_the last man on earth.  Are you reading anything good?

  4. @Kissedbyadog – You could do the biker babe thing and meet us!

    Awesome!  Thanks for sharing!

  6. If I were one of those people mentioned about Chicago then I would say any time at the end of June might work for me.  I will have to take the time off because I am supposed to work all 3 of the last weekends in June…Name it…

  7. @Ninasusan – Odd that you should say that.  While researching hotel prices (which are unbelieveable if you stay right in Chicago, which I want to do so Erin & I can walk to things) I discovered that if instead of a friday & Saturday, or a Saturday and Sunday, I do a Sunday and Monday I save about $100.00 a night.

  8. I don’t think I will get to see you in June      We just booked a trip to Vegas for the end of June

  9. Sounds like spring is itching inside of you! Good signs! Hope doggie is doing better.

  10. …Down south. Tom Petty right? We went looking at new cars today too. Well used really. just looking and thinking….I love when the creative bug hits, feels good to create! The bedtime thing sounds like a good idea, I should do that. but i know I won’t.Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

  11. Wow, feel excited for your trip!

  12. @tlm0000 – That would be awesome – except that I think I’m trying hard to plan to be in that area (Indiana/Michigan) the next week  over July 4th.
