A quick tale of dumbness.

sitting at the Airport…waiting. I don’t mind except that I am tired.

I am always tired and always oversleep on my last day of vacation.Even through there is a three hour time difference and we’ve been waking up around 6am all week I was nervous about today So, my husband called down for a wake up call, and I set the alarm on my phone.  I wanted to be up at 6:30 am, he wanted to be up at 7:30 am. Our room has a fancy alarm clock with an iPod dock but it was impossible to figure out how to set the alarm. Before we went to bed I did use it to charge my iPod.

So I was sleeping and my husband nudged me and said it’s after 6:30, he was sleeping facing the clock. So up I got!  I was pretty tired and really groggy this morning. Corey got up and took a shower and got dressed, then I got up and took a shower and was putting on my make-up when my husband said “there is really no need to hurry, it’s 4:30 am.” OOOOOO!!

Apparently the fancy alarm clock synced it’s time with my iPod!  DOH!

Corey went back to sleep for an hour or so, I played online and read.

Later I’ll tell you my story about being at the Venetian and having to pretend to be a child for a scavenger hunt.

Safe days everyone.
