My to-do list

I would like to learn how to solder so I can take old wire hangers and make miniature trellis’s for people who make miniature gardens and sell them at a ridiculously high price.

Then after a bit of practice I would move on to benches and such.

I would also like to buy a sewing machine and make myself a yoga skirt that looks similar to this, but with less see-through’ness, and perhaps more velcro.

I would like to wear the skirt, not sell them.  I like the thought of being able to wear the little capri’s to yoga while having my jiggly pieces covered by the skirt while walking around.

I may have to buy the sewing machine & the soldering Iron just to get this out of my system.  I am becoming obsessed.  You didn’t know I was crafty did you?

  1. These are awesome goals. I would eat your benches. Is that hotpot just for food stuffs? My email’s ebritt at gmail. I think you had that, though.

  2. @BoureeMusique – I have a little bench in my miniature garden that was given to me during a workshop.  They are definitely made out of hangers, and they sell them for $5.95!  That’s crazy.  No, not just for food.  I just reviewed my yoga practice. 🙂

  3. Do you want to borrow my sewing machine rather than buy it and store it later?

  4. I could give you tons of hangers!  We get 24 a week at the shop.  And they add up very quickly!  I hate them!  DH yanks his uniforms off of them at home and lets them fall where they fall.  Really ticks me off!  At least the hired guy brings his back nice and orderly like.

  5. @irishis63 – Yes please.  Bring it to me.@GrannyHappyNanny – Aren’t laundry services wonderful!

  6. I’ve always admired those benches and the garden trellis creations! All of those rustic charmers look fantastic with a mix of plants.

  7. i have never heard of yoga skirts but i think i would like one. if i ever return to yoga that is.you could totally solder those things. i don’t think it’s all that hard. just takes some practice, like eveyrthing else.

  8. @lilms_sassy – I saw them here:  http://mesheeky.com/ originally but they are so very expensive!

  9. I think that type of work might be more like welding, it requires a machine.Either way, love to see your projects. 🙂

  10. Thats so cool….. I like the way that yoga skirt looks.. tres chic !!!!!

  11. Of course I must allow in that the most part of what you agree interferes with my intellect dallas aquarium discount tickets | natural treatment for anxiety | anxiety disorders
