Good Morning!

Have you ever noticed that a cell phone battery last the longest when you are trying to drain it? If you have an android device and you are trying to drain it I suggest opening Maps. swoooshhh….no more battery, just like that.

I am definitely technology challenged the last couple of days. I am having phone problems (though, Brad I got 19 hours after the first reset!), I am having Nook problems, and I am having iPod problems.

My phone has an extended battery enroute so hopefully that will solve that one.

My Nook is just annoying me. Every time I get a book from B& (which I really must stop doing) my Nook says it’s licensed to a different user. Last time I unregistered my Nook, re-registered and all was good. This time, doesn’t seem to be working. I dunno. Annoying

My iPod will not load Words with Friends since the last update. If it’s important enough for Alec Baldwin then you understand how aggravating it is for me. I know I could load it on my Facebook but I have it all unregistered from there and I don’t want to add it. Oh! It just loaded. 🙂 Maybe I’ll go back to the Nook after this and see if I’m on a roll.

Health is still slowly but surely. Also aggravating for me. Trying to stay patient. Now I’m running about 3 good days to every 1 bad. I just have to be really careful about the portions on my food. I’m starting to think of it like have had a gastric bypass. I have to be able to practice self control. Larger portions = Larger pain.

My hair started falling out again last week! More eyebrow bald spots, more eye-lash bold spots and my arms have started losing more hair. Poor comb is all filled every day. Oh, and I found a bunch of gray hairs on my head! Well, silver.  Since it was about the three week mark from last chemo it makes sense. Hopefully it’s almost done.

I’ve been working out, cardio only. 40 minutes, four times a week. Hopefully I’ll be able to up that soon so we can start getting some muscle back! Right now it only takes about three minutes to get my heart rate above the target range, so we need to build that up first. I’m not worried about my heart or anything, it’s just exhausting when your HR is up that high!

So far nothing planned for today. I did send someone a present last week that I think might arrive today so I am excited to see if she likes it. Not like she is going to say if she doesn’t! It was part of my whole, I don’t care, I will send presents if I want and you just have to accept them. I don’t want anything back, I just want to be able to do what I want, when I want.

No new pictures so I will post an old one. I like to go to my insert picture link and then put in a random page number and see what we get. Today was page 200 and is my first trip to Niagara Falls. I loved this gate.
