This has really just been the most bizarre week. Every day has brought some new strangeness to deal with and today was no exception.

I think we need something to ease things up.

Let’s go find a picture to upload.

Okay, here you go. Random pictures from my selections over the last couple of years.

This guy really wanted in teh house a couple of years ago.

Ahhh, the Capitol Building in Columbus Ohio. Have you visited the capitol buildings in your state?

A really Big Topaz at the Smithsonian in DC.

  1. Wow, quite a collection for today!  I have not been to the state capitol building where I currently live – Maryland – but did visit the capitols of California, Texas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey while I lived in those states.  Wow, that’s a lot of states, and I left a few out.  If we ever meet I’ll have to check out that mole….

  2. I’ve been in Iowa, Oklahoma, South Dakota and North Dakota!

  3. @GrannyHappyNanny – The Iowa State House is beauitful. I was in that one before I ever went in the Ohio one!@RakkaRay – That’s very cool! I’ve only been in two but I would love to add more to my list.

  4. You have a mole in your eye?!?! I didn’t realise that was even possible!

  5. @isitreal_no – I’m very special. 🙂

  6. The mole in the eye is cool…

  7. It’s a bizarre week because we will have another full moon.  It seems that crazy things always happen the week of the Blue Moon.

  8. I don’t even think I’ve been in the Capitol building for the U.S.  I’m a slacker.

  9. I have never been inside a capitol building, nor have i seen the inside of a friend’s eye before. I must be slacking.

  10. @Mom_with_a_Chainsaw – I have pictures of other internal things too. 🙂  Maybe later.

  11. One vote for the veggie girl.

  12. What’s a Capitol Building?

  13. @lefthanded – It would be the Centerpiece of the Government buildings in the Capitol City of either a state or a country. Usually very old and very ornate!

  14. @tracy It is not a phrase in common use here in Europe. In the UK (for example) there is no single building housing the core of Government, and few Government Buildings are open to the public.

  15. @lefthanded – But you have Castles!
