Just the statistics

In the last for weeks I have done:

510 Minutes of Biking

200 Minutes on an Elliptical

365 Minutes of Yoga

240 Minutes walking in one steady time period

1315 Minutes of exercise total. That comes out to 43.83 minutes a day average (over 30 days)

I have lost…..

ZERO pounds. I apparently have the metabolism of a bear in hibernation.

I have however regained a lot of muscle and feel pretty good.

  1. First that is amazing and wonderful!!! Good for you! Well, if you are adding muscle that might be why you aren’t dropping pounds. You should be really proud of yourself doing all of that exercise.
